How to Cancel a Service

To cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible by:

Cancellation Timeframes and Conditions

  • Before Service Commencement:
  • If you cancel before we begin working on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
  • After Service Commencement:
  • Cancellations after the work has started will incur charges based on the stage of completion.
  • For partially completed services, we will deduct a pro-rata amount for the work already performed.
  • Non-Cancellable Services:
  • Services that are fully completed and delivered are non-cancellable.
  • Third-party services, such as domain registrations or hosting fees, cannot be refunded.

Refunds After Cancellation

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Any non-refundable charges will be communicated clearly during the cancellation process.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to make adjustments instead of canceling, we are happy to discuss revisions or alternate solutions to meet your needs.
